Mr Robert Jérome, property promoter, developer and active partner, Mr Luigi Iogna, builder and active partner and Mr David Gérardi, associate manager, were in attendance on 17 December 2011 as Sotarbat 360 inaugurated the Résidence les Souverains, the first Edenarc 1800 residence. Located in the heart of Les Arcs ski resort in Savoie, this is the latest exclusive complex to sprout in the French Alps. The ceremony took place against a backdrop of triumph with more than fifty guests, including the Mayor of Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Mrs Jacqueline Poletti, who did us the honour of cutting the inauguration ribbon.

Things are looking good for the winter season ahead
With a virtually full occupancy rate since the opening of Les Souverains on 17 December 2011 up to the February holidays, the 2011-2012 winter season is looking good for Odalys Vacances, the opertator of the Edenarc1800 tourist complex in Les Arcs in Savoie. The majority of visitors are French, closely followed by holiday-makers from Great Britain, Eastern Europe, the Benelux countries and Germany. “They like the spacious and comfortable apartments with 4-star services and a water leisure area that is proving particularly popular,” note the staff of Odalys Vacances.
